Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong assessment and data collection skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs, ensuring data-driven outcomes.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral changes and academic success.
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of student progress and strategies utilized.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
