Position: Home Improvement Canvassing Manager
We are looking for highly motivated door to door leader to manage our top performing canvassing team!
Experience Required:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing either as a Team Leader, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers</li>
<li>Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.</li>
<li>Conduct daily meetings</li>
<li>Canvass neighborhoods to find old and damaged windows and doors</li>
<li>Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Salary, Commission, Bonus and Overrides (Earn $100K-$200K per year)</li>
</ul>
