Multi-Location | Multi-Entity Organization
Full-Time | In-Person PreferredThis is a high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in structured environments and understands the demands of a growing, multi-entity organization.
- Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple locations and entities
- Maintain and oversee all bookkeeping functions in QuickBooks Online
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Deliver complete financials no later than the 10th of each month
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Manage intercompany transactions and allocations
- Ensure proper job costing and inventory controls
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance
- Maintain nonprofit accounting compliance and proper fund tracking
- Coordinate with CPA for tax preparation and year-end reporting
- Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience managing books for multi-location and multi-entity organizations
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting
- Experience with nonprofit accounting (fund accounting knowledge preferred)
- Proven ability to meet strict monthly close deadlines
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
