We are a staffing agency seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to work on-site at one of our food manufacturing warehouse clients. Not remote. This is a 100% in-warehouse role. Work environment: This is a cold warehouse. You must be comfortable working in refrigerated conditions for the full shift (appropriate jackets and boots required).

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage and separate receiving and shipping inventory (inbound vs outbound)</li>
<li>Receive, verify, and record incoming products and materials</li>
<li>Prepare and stage products for outbound shipments</li>
<li>Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the system</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS and/or Excel</li>
<li>Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies</li>
<li>Communicate with supervisors and production to ensure correct stock levels</li>
<li>Follow food safety, quality, and warehouse SOPs at all times</li>
<li>Use electric pallet jack safely to move pallets and product</li>
