Role Overview
Were seeking an experienced Landscaping Foreman / Crew Lead to manage projects and lead teams on-site. In this role, youll direct crew members, ensure job quality, operate equipment, and communicate with clients. If you have proven landscaping or hardscape experience and are ready to take on a leadership role, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead landscaping and hardscaping crews.
- Organize daily work schedules and assign tasks.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, skid steers, trucks, trailers).
- Ensure job quality meets company standards.
- Communicate with clients and management about project progress.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain clean job sites.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience operating landscaping equipment.
