Job Description Summary M&amp;#x101;lamalama Waldorf School is looking for an Early Childhood Assistant to provide support for the Lead Teacher and loving care to children ages 3-6 during the regular school day program Duties Duties include: 
<ul>
<li>Supporting the lead teacher in creating a warm, nurturing, and rhythmical classroom environment</li>
<li>Assisting with daily routines such as snack preparation, cleanup, transitions, and outdoor play</li>
<li>Modeling respectful and calm behavior to support healthy social development</li>
<li>Observing and supporting children as needed during activities and free play</li>
<li>Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and outdoor environment</li>
<li>Participating in circle time, storytelling, and artistic activities as directed by the lead teacher</li>
<li>Communicating collaboratively with the lead teacher and school staff</li>
<li>Attending staff meetings and participating in school festivals and events as needed</li>
</ul>
