Position OverviewAs a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight to a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-centered services. You will support staff in managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, and growing professionally—while also maintaining your own clinical responsibilities.Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to clinical staff
- Support clinicians with caseload management, scheduling, and treatment planning
- Oversee assessments and clinical formulation processes
- Ensure services and documentation meet regulatory and organizational standards
- Monitor compliance and submit reports to leadership as needed
- Train and support new and existing staff
- Facilitate team meetings and participate in supervision sessions
- Build relationships with community partners and external agencies
- Promote culturally responsive and respectful communication
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Independent licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC I)
- Previous clinical supervision experience preferred
- Experience with CBHI services strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
