Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking an associate with a minimum of two years of fund finance experience to join its dynamic and rapidly growing Fund Finance team, part of the firm’s leading Private Equity Finance Practice.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in fund finance

Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills

Experience advising private equity sponsors, lenders, and borrowers is preferred
