Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Texas school district is seeking a virtual Occupational Therapist to support a small group of elementary students through direct services and consultation. This part-time role (approximately 3 days per week) is ideal for an OT who enjoys a focused caseload and collaborating with school teams to support student access and participation.
Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual OT services to elementary students with fine motor, sensory, or functional school-based needs

Conduct assessments and contribute to evaluations as needed

Develop and implement IEP goals focused on school participation and functional independence

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into daily routines

Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Texas OT license
-
Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Comfortable providing services in a virtual environment
