Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Provide nursing care in MedSurg/Telemetry float pool across multiple units.
- Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio mainly of 1:5-6, adjusting for patient acuity.
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with charge nurse and other team members for optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all patient care activities accurately in the EPIC system.
- Comply with weekend and holiday rotation schedules and provide care accordingly.

\n\nQualifications\n

- Active RN license in the state of West Virginia.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care setting.
- Experience with CHF, cardiac cath, pneumonia, chronic renal disease, and oncology patients preferred.
- Successful completion of a cardiac rhythm assessment required.
