Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available to support elementary students from kindergarten through 5th grade across multiple onsite locations in Palo Alto, CA. This contract position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic educational setting focused on delivering high-quality speech and language services to young learners.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to enhance student communication skills
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Participating in team meetings and providing guidance to support student needs
Desired qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Experience working in an elementary school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite across multiple school locations
Details:
- Locations: Multiple elementary schools in Palo Alto, CA (onsite only)
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Duration: Immediate start through June 4, 2026
- Students served: Kindergarten to 5th grade
