Professional Residential Cleaner
Alpine Shine Cleaning Co. LLC is a locally owned, fast-growing cleaning company serving Bend, Sunriver, Redmond, Sisters, and surrounding communities. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service with integrity, attention to detail, and genuine care for our clients and team.
We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in creating beautiful, clean homes. If you're someone who notices the little things, enjoys staying active, and wants to be appreciated for your work, we'd love to meet you.
Pay
- Flat-rate pay designed to average $25–$35+ per hour
- Performance-based earning potential
- Drive time paid for jobs outside the Bend area
- Opportunities for advancement and increased earnings
Schedule
- Part-time and Full-time opportunities available
- Monday–Friday
- Some occasional weekends may be available
- Flexible scheduling
What You'll Be Doing
- Residential maintenance cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Vacation rental turnovers
- Dusting and detailed surface cleaning
- Kitchen and bathroom sanitizing
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Making beds and light linen service (at select properties)
- Communicating with the team using Jobber and Slack
- Taking quality-control photos when required
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Is dependable and punctual
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Can lift up to 30 pounds and comfortably perform physical work throughout the day
- Has reliable transportation
- Possesses a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Can pass a background check
Experience
- Professional cleaning experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude.
