Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a Quality Engineer with a strong background in quality auditing and a passion for continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute internal and external quality audits in accordance with ISO and industry-specific standards.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.

  • Analyze audit findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective and preventive actions.

  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Support supplier quality initiatives, including audits and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.

  • Provide training and guidance on quality systems and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in quality auditing within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.

  • Proficiency in quality tools and Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $87,000.00 per year
