Established in 1972, Swan Serv-U Pharmacy is an independently owned pharmacy that has become a cornerstone of our community. Consistently voted Best Community Pharmacy in our multi-county area, we combine exceptional patient care with an innovative and evolving practice model.
Our expanded services include two non-sterile compounding labs, pharmacist-led clinical urgent care setting with test-to-treat services, and comprehensive patient consultations. With strong staffing support, our pharmacists have the freedom to focus on patients rather than prescription volume.
We are seeking a self-motivated, patient-centered pharmacist who values service, collaboration, and professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License in good standing
- Not on DEA or OIG exclusion lists
- Immunization certification
- BS Pharmacy or PharmD
Compensation
$65–$70/hour + profit sharing
