GENERAL MANAGER - FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT

Location: Lincoln, CA
Compensation: $90,000+ DOE
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

The owner has invested significantly in creating a quality dining experience and is now seeking an experienced professional to stabilize operations and drive the business forward.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned restaurant professional who wants to take full ownership of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will serve as an extension of ownership, bringing professional leadership and operational discipline to preserve and enhance the restaurant's established reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete operational oversight of all daily restaurant functions
  • Financial management, including payroll, scheduling, and labor planning
  • Cost control with a focus on achieving food and labor cost targets
  • Team leadership, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Guest experience management to maintain and improve reputation
  • Systems implementation and accountability across all departments
  • Proactive communication with ownership on performance and issues

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years as General Manager or Assistant GM in full-service dining
  • Proven track record managing P&L and achieving cost targets
  • Strong leadership experience with team development and accountability
  • Systems-oriented approach to operations and staff management
