Looking to get your foot in the door with a reliable, full-time construction opportunity in Austin?
We’re hiring a Skilled Laborer to assist with the installation of aluminum patio covers and screen rooms. This role is perfect for someone who’s dependable, coachable, and experienced in hands-on work — without being overqualified.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay: $17/hour (non-negotiable)
Location: Austin, TX
Temp-to-Hire with room for long-term stability
✅ You Must Have:

A valid driver’s license

Dependable transportation (this is a must)

Clean background (must pass pre-employment screening)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Basic tool knowledge: tape measure, chop saw, impact drill

Able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and follow detailed instructions
What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with patio cover and screen room assembly

Measuring, cutting, and pre-drilling materials

Working on ladders to install roof panels and framing

Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites clean

Rolling screen material and applying finishing touches like caulking and paint
