Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

This full-time, virtual role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a variety of students, all while enjoying the comfort of working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote speech therapy services to students via teletherapy
- Manage a dynamic caseload, with varying ages, needs, and disabilities
- Assess and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each students unique goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to track progress and modify plans as needed
- Ensure proper documentation of services, progress reports, and IEP compliance
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and valid state licensure in California
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school-based setting
- Experience with teletherapy tools and technology
- Ability to work independently
