Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon admission
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans in accordance with unit standards
- Carry out nursing interventions and emergency care procedures safely and effectively
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation to support continuity of care
- Promote patient and staff safety by identifying and addressing potential hazards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and engage in ongoing professional development
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Valid RN licensure with current emergency nursing experience
- Proficiency in care planning and executing nursing interventions in the ED setting
