- Build relationships with individuals and families in your community
- Identify insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions
- Sell auto, home, life, and specialty insurance products
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
Requirements
Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Must pass background check
Completion of Farmers training program
