Join our team as a Construction Laborer where you will be actively involved in general labor tasks, setting up and pouring concrete, and cleaning forms. This role requires individuals who are willing to work diligently and complete physically demanding tasks. While previous construction or concrete experience is ideal, we are also open to candidates who are motivated, fit well within our 'family' culture, and are willing to work flexible hours. This position will be in various locations, dependent upon project location. Experience in construction is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks related to concrete setup and pouring.
- Clean and maintain forms and equipment after use.
- Assist with basic carpentry tasks as needed.
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality concrete products.
Essential Skills
- Experience in construction or concrete work.
- Ability to lift around 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with standing and moving throughout the day.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in concrete or construction is preferred.
- Willingness to travel; however, employees will be home on weekends.

Work Environment
You will be working at various commercial, agricultural, and industrial sites across Eastern Idaho. Projects range from as far west as Twin Falls to as far east as Western Montana. A $25 per diem is paid for overnight jobs, and a hotel will be booked for the employee. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am until the job is done, typically between 3 pm and 5 pm. Some projects may require working as many as 60 hours a week to meet deadlines. The dress code includes general work clothes such as jeans, a t-shirt, a high-visibility shirt or vest, a hard hat, safety shoes, and safety glasses. Employees should have a tool belt with basic tools like a hammer and tape measure; larger tools will be provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
