We are seeking skilled and compassionate PICU Nurses to join our Women & Children's Hospital team. We offer per diem and full‑time opportunities for nurses dedicated to delivering exceptional, high‑quality care to critically ill pediatric patients and their families.
Job Summary
As a PICU Nurse, you will provide advanced, compassionate care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in a high‑acuity environment. Your responsibilities include continuous patient assessment, administering medications and treatments, managing life‑support equipment, and responding rapidly to changes in patient condition. You will collaborate closely with pediatric intensivists, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver evidence‑based, family‑centered care. This role is ideal for nurses who excel under pressure, demonstrate strong critical‑thinking skills, and are committed to supporting patients and families through complex and challenging medical situations.
Pay: Up to $67/hr
Location: Honolulu, HI
12 hour shifts
Requirements:
- Current State of Hawaii RN License
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent Acute RN experience (within the last 24 months)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Current Two-Step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance (within 1 year)
- N95 Fit Test
- Proof of vaccinations: MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID and FLU
