We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Lead to join our team in Jasper, TN. The Manufacturing Lead will supervise daily production, oversee production teams, and ensure operations meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role requires a strong leader with hands-on manufacturing experience and a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Production Supervision: Oversee daily production activities, assign tasks, and ensure production goals are met on time.

Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and train production staff while upholding company policies.

Quality Assurance: Monitor parts and processes for compliance with quality standards, perform checks, and support investigations.

Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while enforcing safety protocols.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and drive new process implementation.

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, monitor equipment/employee performance, and troubleshoot issues.

Communication: Collaborate with other departments and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Documentation: Complete all required production paperwork and quality checklists accurately.

Pay: $20–25/hour, based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
