We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Understand client needs and goals, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive client success
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Assist clients on retail floor
- Interacting with clients and their dogs
- Communicating information and requirements to clients
- Making reservations and scheduling appointments through phone or by walk in clients.
- Checking dogs in/out of grooming and collecting payment
- Assisting Retail Customers on the sales floor
- Assist stocking sales floor
- Stock and Maintain sales floor
- Assist with project management activities, including coordinating client onboarding, training, and implementation processes
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
Requirements
- 1-2 year's experience working in pet related field
- Must feel comfortable working with and around Dogs and Cats
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Sales experience is a plus
