Provide specialized nursing care in a fast-paced neonatal intensive care environment focused on delivering life-saving support to critically ill newborns. This role involves coordinating care for assigned patients, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coordinated nursing care to neonates requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license with NICU experience.
  • Familiarity with Level III or Level IV NICU care standards as defined by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise nursing personnel effectively.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-acuity setting.
