Provide specialized nursing care in a fast-paced neonatal intensive care environment focused on delivering life-saving support to critically ill newborns. This role involves coordinating care for assigned patients, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to neonates requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff across different experience levels within the unit.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment in managing complex patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with established standards of care and nursing protocols.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with NICU experience.
- Familiarity with Level III or Level IV NICU care standards as defined by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise nursing personnel effectively.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-acuity setting.
