Bookkeeper - Mamaroneck, NY
Westchester/Fairfield County Design-Build firm with 60 years of experience is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper.
Job Preview
- The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Intuit
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (construction is a plus)
- Handle month end closing procedures (bank reconciliations, credit cardstatement review, etc.)
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and outdoor vendor payments
- Organize ACH payments
- Entry of general ledger adjustments
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
- Weekly payroll processing and related tax findings.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using QuickBooks
- Prepare weekly job related labor hours for management review
- Other miscellaneous tasks as required
Salary
- $50,000 to $55,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Schedule
- Four day work-week, flexible schedule, 8 hour days!
