• Full-time, temporary position with a path to permanent employment based on results and business need
• Located in Simpsonville, KY
• Start on November 17
• Work Monday–Friday, 5:15am–2:15pm
• Earn $22.00/hour
• Voluntary overtime may be offered; Saturdays are rarely needed but may occur

Key Responsibilities

• Open the building daily and verify readiness across the warehouse.
• Lead from the front—guide a small team while participating in hands-on work.
• Run core functions:
  • Operate box-making equipment
  • Stock and set up pack stations
  • Load/unload trailers using manual pallet jacks
  • Oversee pick/pack workflows for multiple 3PL clients
• Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, and 'servant leadership.'
• Uphold 6S, housekeeping, and overall organization standards.
• Support special projects and ensure operational targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in distribution/fulfillment
• Understanding of small parcel logistics, carrier requirements, and appointment scheduling
• Mechanical/packaging exposure preferred
• WMS/TMS proficiency or strong aptitude to learn
• Forklift/powered equipment experience not required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Excel skills preferred
• Proficiency in people leadership and packaging practices
