PFI Instore is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to support our PFI Instore Sales Teams - Jahabow Division. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through installation—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities, and serving as the key link between customers and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of project management or related experience
  • Customer service experience required

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate project requirements across Sales, Design, Engineering, Production, and Installation
  • Develop project timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct and coordinate site surveys
  • Prepare take-offs and specification listings for quotations
  • Review product development, specifications, and costs
  • Coordinate equipment delivery schedules and installation teams
  • Create scopes of work and manage installation processes
  • Visit facilities as needed to monitor project progress
  • Inspect prototypes and initial production runs
  • Manage field installation calls and resolve issues
  • Document punch list items and ensure completion
  • Approve invoices for installer payments
  • Support new product development and design proposals
  • Travel as needed to support projects and sales efforts

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings
  • Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with 2D/3D CAD or SolidWorks is a plus

Schedule & Travel

  • Full-time position
  • Travel required as needed to support projects, site visits, and installations
