PFI Instore is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to support our PFI Instore Sales Teams - Jahabow Division. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through installation—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities, and serving as the key link between customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 2–4 years of project management or related experience
- Customer service experience required
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
- Coordinate project requirements across Sales, Design, Engineering, Production, and Installation
- Develop project timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Conduct and coordinate site surveys
- Prepare take-offs and specification listings for quotations
- Review product development, specifications, and costs
- Coordinate equipment delivery schedules and installation teams
- Create scopes of work and manage installation processes
- Visit facilities as needed to monitor project progress
- Inspect prototypes and initial production runs
- Manage field installation calls and resolve issues
- Document punch list items and ensure completion
- Approve invoices for installer payments
- Support new product development and design proposals
- Travel as needed to support projects and sales efforts
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings
- Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with 2D/3D CAD or SolidWorks is a plus
Schedule & Travel
- Full-time position
- Travel required as needed to support projects, site visits, and installations
