Customer Service Representative

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, coordinate return visits when parts arrive, and maintain accurate customer records. Clear, friendly, and proactive communication with customers and internal team members is essential.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour
- Bonus: Spiff program for maintenance agreement sales & follow-up sales

Schedule
- Multiple shifts available (office hours: 7:30am–8:00pm)
- Current opening: 11:00am–8:00pm
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience preferred (not required)
- Dispatching experience is a plus
- Experience with Service Titan is a strong plus
- "Can‑do" attitude and strong customer service skills
- Highly proficient computer and typing skills
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Experience handling a multi-line phone system
- Good geographical knowledge of the service area and basic map‑reading skills
- Ability to support on-call dispatching duties as needed
