Job Title: VTL Operator
Job Description
As a vTL Operator, you will be responsible for performing essential operations on Lathe and Milling Machines, ensuring the smooth function and maintenance of the manufacturing cell.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 6 am-6pm
Pay $21+ an hour but willing to higher if you have the experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform required operations on Lathe or Milling Machines.
- Load and unload new parts, conduct part inspections, and manage tool changes.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor adjustments to machinery.
- Run and maintain the function of two or more machines within the manufacturing cell.
- Utilize height gauges, micrometers, calipers, and various power tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in operating Lathe and Milling Machines.
- Experience with machining and grinding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Experience with Haas machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in lathe machining or grinding.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
