Position Overview: Reporting to the COO, the Operations Specialist supports the efficient execution of daily operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing operational systems, coordinating logistics, and providing direct support to centers and leadership. The Operations Specialist will ensure that organizational tools, processes, and calendars are up to date while assisting in driving consistency, compliance, and excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organization & Management: Maintain and organize operational documentation, resources, and reporting within FranConnect to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
  • Center Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to centers, assisting with problem-solving, family communication, compliance questions, and resource needs.
  • Events & Logistics: Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and company-wide events, including scheduling, communication, and on-site support.
  • Support the use and management of parent communication platforms by monitoring updates, ensuring proper usage, set up, and helping centers maximize platform effectiveness.
  • Operations Calendar & Project Management: Manage and maintain the operations calendar, track deadlines, and support project management efforts to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to provide insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Processing facility invoices and tracking work orders
  • Supporting training team with content development and tracking
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support training, onboarding, and organizational initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Experience with FranConnect, LineLeader Engage, or similar systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.
  • Being bilingual is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $52,000-60,000 and depends on qualifications, education, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
