Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support a K–12 caseload for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work in a single school site within a structured four-day workweek, providing both instructional support and case management services to students with diverse learning needs.

Specific caseload details to be provided by the district
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct special education instruction and individualized academic support
Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Conduct progress monitoring and maintain accurate, compliant documentation
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
Qualifications
Active Colorado Special Education License required (SPED endorsement)
Strong understanding of IEP compliance, processes, and documentation
Experience working with K–12 students preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
