Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will engage in a variety of tasks that keep our inventory organized and our deliveries timely.
Responsibilities
- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Stock shelves and organize items efficiently.
- Sort packages and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Use RF scanner for scanning, labeling, and marking items.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and handle materials.
Essential Skills
- General labor experience in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in shipping, stocking, and sorting.
- Ability to use RF scanners and pallet jacks.
- Experience in loading, material handling, and inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: Previous warehouse experience.
- No forklift certification required; training will be provided upon permanent hire.

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced warehouse with narrow aisles, where forklifts and hand carts are actively in use. Safety is a top priority, and the warehouse temperature varies with the seasons. In winter, the warehouse is heated to approximately 60 degrees, while in summer, fans and water coolers are available. Dress in light, breathable layers, and wear sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are not permitted.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
