Job DescriptionMaintenance Inventory ClerkKey Responsibilities:
Cycle Countingo Perform regular, dedicated cycle counts of over 1,500 uniqueinventory items to ensure system accuracy and prevent stockouts.o Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.o Help identify and implement improvements in storeroom organization,layout, and labeling.
Receiving & Put-Awayo Manage the receiving of all incoming maintenance parts and supplies.o Verify shipments against purchase orders, confirming the accuracy ofitems, quantities, and condition.o Organize and stock all received items in their designated locations,ensuring the workspace is kept clean and orderly according to 5Sprinciples.o Promptly report any shipping discrepancies—such as shortshipments, incorrect or damaged items for resolution.
Kanban System Verificationo Routinely monitor non-inventoried Kanban stock levels for essentialsupplies (e.g., fasteners and hardware).o Initiate restocking requests to ensure the continuous availability ofcritical items.
Parts Distribution Supporto Adhere to established processes for assigning inventory to workorders.o Fulfill parts requests for Maintenance technicianso Improve repair efficiency and work order accuracy by ensuringtechnicians receive the correct parts in a timely fashion.
Administrative Supporto Help with purchasing and data entry in our CMMS (MaintainX).o Assist with scanning documentation, inventory usage reports, andasset management.
Suggested compensation range – $35,000 – $42,000
