Job Title: Production Associate / Machine Operator
Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 4am–4pm, Monday–Wednesday (Thursdays for OT) – $15/hr
- 2nd Shift: 4pm–4am, Monday–Wednesday (Thursdays for OT) – $16/hr
- 3rd Shift: 4am–4pm, Thursday–Saturday (Sundays for OT) – $16/hr
- 4th Shift: 4pm–4am, Thursday–Saturday (Sundays for OT) – $17/hr
Job Description:
We are hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators to support high-volume production during peak season. In this role, you will operate and maintain various types of production equipment, including digital presses, bindery machines, UV coaters, and additional machinery as directed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform basic machine adjustments and identify errors to reduce rework
- Inspect machines and finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
