Summary
Document Control is a team member who is authorized, responsible and accountable for managing a company's documents and is responsible for their accuracy, security, and compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Assist in the management, control and maintenance of the organization’s quality documents and records
· Assist with the documentation and editing of operating procedures and other technical documents
· Assist with the development and implementation of processes, procedures and forms pertaining to the Quality Management System
· Entry and maintenance of training records
· Support Quality Team in quality initiatives
· Assist other departments in resolving open issues with records, providing clarification and direction
· High attention for detail and accuracy
· Advanced written and oral communication skills.
· Able to work independently
· Able to multi-task.
· Excellent Organizational skills
· Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to work independently with limited supervision
· Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and plan work to meet deadlines
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions
· Proficient or capable of learning use of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Proficient or capable of learning use of PDF software (Adobe)
