Job Overview

FACT Construction LLC is hiring dependable and skilled Concrete Finishers to join our field operations team on commercial, industrial, and federal construction projects.

This is a hands-on field position and not a leadership role. We are looking for team players who take pride in their craft, are willing to help wherever needed on the job site, and are open to being cross trained in multiple areas of concrete construction. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality concrete finishing using hand tools and finishing machines.

• Assist with concrete placement, formwork, rebar tying, grading, and site preparation.

• Follow mix designs and proper finishing timing to achieve durable and professional results.

• Operate walk-behind and ride-on trowel machines as needed.

• Support other crew members and help wherever needed on the job site.

• Participate in site cleanup and post-pour work.

• Work safely and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Communicate clearly and work cooperatively with the rest of the crew.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of concrete finishing experience.

• Experience with hand finishing and finishing machines.

• Willingness to perform multiple aspects of concrete work including forming, rebar tying, and grading.

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.

• Willingness to be cross trained and assist in different scopes of work as needed.

• Preferred but not required:

• ACI Certification.

• OSHA 10 Certification.

• CPR and First Aid.

• Forklift Certification.

Work Location
