Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Active PA Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC required)
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience required
- Comfort with K-12 populations, primarily K-6
- Strong clinical fellowship (CFY) and healthcare-based SLP experience valued
- Willingness to work one day/week hybrid, if desired
- Proficient communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Use provided laptop and Sapphire IEP/progress tracking systems
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
- Collaborate with education staff and families
- Maintain compliance with school policies and professional standards
