As a Radiation Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, expert cancer care by providing safe and precise radiation treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Under the supervision of the Radiation Therapy Manager, you’ll use state-of-the-art technology and systems to deliver life-changing therapy with accuracy and care.
You will also act as a vital communicator between patients, families, and the care team, ensuring understanding, comfort, and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Administer radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions and department policies.

Accurately document treatment information in the oncology information system (preferably ARIA).

Collaborate with the treatment planning team using Eclipse Treatment Planning System and Phillips CT software.

Monitor patients for reactions and side effects, reporting concerns to the appropriate team member.

Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and radiation safety procedures.

Demonstrate strong working knowledge of healthcare informatics systems and clinical communication tools.

Participate in daily equipment checks, quality assurance procedures, and department workflow.

Support a respectful, compassionate, and collaborative patient care environment.
Qualifications:Associate’s Degree in Radiation Therapy (or equivalent)

Certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT) — in good standing

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience:

Experience with ARIA, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Phillips CT software

Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
