The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to actively manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing business accounts. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment. You will oversee an assigned portfolio of 175+ active clients, with a focus on increasing order frequency, order value, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit approximately 10 - 15 customers shops per day (Monday–Friday) across assigned customers throughout the New York City Area - as assigned.
- Follow up with key accounts over the when necessary and handle all customer compliments ensuring high degree of customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Strengthen long-term customer relationships and drive repeat purchasing
- Promote new SKUs, bundles, and monthly sales programs to increase revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and provide weekly performance updates
- Meet established KPIs, including conversion rates and monthly sales targets, etc.
Compensation
- Competitive Base Compensation + Commission (house accounts + new leads)
- Expense Allowance (to be discussed)

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in selling physical products (consumer goods) distribution or wholesale
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales projections
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, and follow-up discipline
- Experience with CRM tools and remote productivity platforms
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
