Job DescriptionAbout the company: Our client is a company building the world’s highest-performance pure-digital AI inference chip. We are seeking an experienced Compiler Engineer to join our exceptional team. Responsibilities:

<li>Design and implement software that maps neural nets onto our spatial architecture</li>
<li>Stay abreast of latest developments in network compilation and optimization</li>
<li>Drive definition and adoption of best practices</li>
<li>Support roadmap development and recruiting activities</li>
<li>Mentor and guide junior engineers</li>
<li>Evaluate current and proposed hardware architecture for future products</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field</li>
<li>10+ years of experience developing optimizing compilers for a variety of architectures</li>
<li>Understanding of advanced optimization techniques and deep neural nets</li>
<li>Experience with MLIR and spatial computing architectures</li>
<li>Driven and self-directed</li>
<li>Proficiency in a variety of development styles and languages</li>
<li>Strong focus on testing and software quality</li>
</ul>
