As a Records Technician at ACC, you will bring your skills and experience to be a part of an experienced and talented Maintenance Records team.
SHIFT
1st Shift, 5 Day Work Week: Monday to Friday

Position Summary
The Records Technician is responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed aircraft records for ACC’s Maintenance operations. This individual, reporting to the Records Manager, is a member of the Records Team, working in compliance with regulatory agencies (including the FAA/Federal Aviation Administration) to ensure records are documented in accordance with the Maintenance Procedure Manual, parts handling procedures, and the FARs (Federal Aviation Regulations) and guidance as they pertain to aircraft records.
Key Responsibilities
- The neatness, accuracy, orderly nature and disposition of all aircraft, engine, propeller and equipment records.
- Maintenance of accurate and current computer tracking of time/cycle limited items, recurrent inspections, ADs, SBs, aircraft weighing, and other required inspections.
- Tracking applicable MELs to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Performing a Monthly Records Audit.
- Assist in records research and the certification process to add additional aircraft to the fleet.
- Assist with auditing aircraft records to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.
- Assist with testing and implementation of the new records tracking computer system.
- Audit all daily maintenance TAT, TAC, parts tags and log pages for accuracy.
- Update maintenance on Kardex.
- All other duties as directed by the Records Manager.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of accounting support, records management or administrative documentation experience required.
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance programs, life limited parts, and inspections.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze data
- Attention to detail a must with excellent organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office experience and computer skills to maintain, track and review records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting, with some standing, throughout the course of a regular workday
- Ability to work with computers and administrative tools for a full workday
- Occasional lifting, bending and reaching may be required up to 40lbs
