Responsibilities
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions through active listening and needs assessment
- Maintain enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Demonstrate a friendly, competitive personality, especially during objections and pricing negotiations
- Provide strong customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
- Work directly with employees and customers to build relationships and enhance the sales process
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses
- Show interest in training additional sales associates and working collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment drug screening
