Hours: Guaranteed 15 hours a week- up to 20+ hours available
Must be available 3pm-730pm M-F and optional Saturday 10am-3pm

The Role
You'll work 1:1 with primarily Autistic clients (ages 2–26) in their homes, schools, and communities- teaching communication, social skills, life skills, and actually making a difference every single day. No two sessions are the same. It's fast-paced, meaningful, and genuinely fun.
This position involves covering for staff who are out sick or are on vacation. When there is no session, you will help with administrative tasks
Day-to-day:
-Run ABA sessions using goals set by your BCBA
-Track data in an app (think: plus/minus on 60 quick goals per session)
-Coach families on how to support their kids between sessions
-Manage behavior support when needed
-When no in person sessions- making materials, editing slides/documents, potentially helping wuth training
Availability Needed
-Weekdays: Mon-Fri, 3pm-7:30 PM
-Optional Saturday 10am-3pm
-Team Meetings: One Wednesday evening per month, 8-9:30 PM
You Should Have
-Reliable transportation
-High school diploma (required)
-1 year of ABA experience (required)
-RBT certification (preferred but not required- we'll help you get there)
-Be comfortable working independently in clients' homes
-Be able to physically move, sit on the floor, and occasionally run after a client
-Have reliable phone, email access, and basic Google Workspace skills
-Be comfortable with a variety of clients
