Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for infants, children, and adolescents ages 0–19 within a community-based clinic environment. This role emphasizes preventive medicine, continuity of care, and family-centered treatment while serving diverse patient populations.

This position is ideal for a physician who is committed to building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality pediatric care in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope outpatient pediatric care for children and adolescents

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Provide preventive care, including well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and behavioral health support

• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, growth, development, and disease prevention

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams and medical specialists

• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, as applicable

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Active and unrestricted California medical license

• Current DEA registration and BLS certification

• Previous community health experience preferred

• Bilingual language skills are a plus
