We’re hiring an experienced Transmission Project Manager to lead overhead transmission line projects from planning through construction. This is a high-impact role with full project ownership, client-facing responsibilities, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership position within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of transmission engineering projects: siting, permitting, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
• Lead cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
• Oversee project financials, risk management, and contract execution
• Support business development and help grow long-term client relationships
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D), including 3+ years managing projects
• Strong knowledge of NESC, transmission line design, and utility standards
• PE license and/or PMP certification preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
