Educational Assistant/Speech Therapy Aid
Pay: $23 - $25 per hour
Full-time = 35hours/wk throughout each school year. Additional summer school hours may be available if interested.
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and patient Educational Assistant to support students who are receiving virtual speech therapy services at school. You will provide on-site logistical and behavioral support during remote sessions delivered by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare students for virtual sessions by escorting them to the speech therapy classroom.
• Provide hands-on support to keep students engaged, focused, and participating during teletherapy sessions provided by the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Serve as the liaison between the remote SLP and school staff.
• Assist with therapy materials and maintain a positive, supportive environment.
