Dispatcher
Location: 7900 Jacs Lane NE Albuquerque, NM 87113
Work Type: On-site Schedule: Mon–Fri, with rotating weekends.
Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour. Reports To: Branch Manager

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and schedule service calls for plumbing, heating, and air technicians
• Assign jobs to appropriate field personnel based on skills, location, and availability
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times and updates
• Monitor technicians’ schedules and adjust as needed for emergencies or delays
• Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and job statuses in the dispatch system
• Work closely with the Service Manager to optimize daily routes and productivity
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
