Occupational Therapist

Day Shift/8 hour shifts, 5 shifts/week Full time 0800-1630 (* option for 7:30 or 8:30 start times) Looking for candida

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients to determine occupational therapy needs and set measurable goals.

  • Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans with progress tracking.

  • Document patient progress and outcomes in compliant electronic health records.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all activities.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and referrals.

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, and functional skills.

  • Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue certifications.

  • Utilize clinical reasoning to justify therapy plans aligned with business targets.

  • Demonstrate strong on-site presence with proactive patient engagement and pipeline visibility.

  • Monitor and report on patient milestones to support performance-driven culture.

  • Educate patients and families on home-based programs and safety strategies.

  • Participate in weekly case reviews to share learnings and best practices.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Registered Occupational Therapist license required or eligible for state licensure.

  • Experience developing and implementing OT treatment plans with measurable goals.

  • Proficiency documenting progress in compliant electronic health records.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and ethical standards; maintain compliance.

  • Demonstrated ability to use clinical reasoning to justify plans aligned with business targets.

  • Strong on-site engagement with patients and pipeline visibility for referrals.

  • Experience in ADLs, mobility and functional skills rehabilitation.

  • Proven collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.

  • Willingness to pursue certifications and ongoing professional development.

  • Excellent communication to educate patients and families on home programs.
