Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails
- Answer customer questions and provide price quotes
- Work with clients to finalize customization details and artwork on orders (working with our graphic design team
- Interact with appropriate departments to expedite orders and resolve customer issue
- Ensure accurate and complete information captured for all projects
- Coordinate projects to meet deadlines
- Troubleshoot and solve client issues
- Establish and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Promotional products experience a plus
- Must possess strong communication skills and deal with clients in a professional manner
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must be detailed oriented and well organized
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficient
