About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our RiverBend location in Springfield, OR. The position has an expectation of 32-40hrs per week, and we are proud to offer a great benefits package. Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) recruiting pay range is $27.57 - $33.22.
What will you do:
- Prepares patient for examinations, procedures, and treatments by obtaining vital signs; obtaining, evaluating, and recording patient history; and updating medication and immunization records.
- Prepares and maintains examination and treatment areas, ensuring adequate inventories of supplies and equipment to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Assists with examinations, procedures, and treatments. Prepare and administer injections and immunizations as directed by physician/provider.
- Receives, organizes, prioritizes, stores, and maintains transmittable information utilizing electronic technology.
- Collects and process specimens, screen and follow up on test results. Performs CLIA-waived tests.
- Performs instrument sterilization.
- Assists with maintaining medical supplies and onsite inventory.
- Maintains and updates patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Requirements:
What do you need to bring to the role:
- Education/Experience: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA required.
